2010 Nissan Maxima 19" wheels on my 6thgen..., nice!!!

At last, I got me a brand new set of wheels and tires. Yes, 2010 Nissan Maxima 19" sporty wheels and the goodyear rsa tires. In one sentence, "These wheels were made for this car."

Just thought I should share some pics with you guys. And yes, I have gotten a lot of compliments from people. Guys at discount tire, who put them on for me, and my neighbor who asked if that was a new car!

Oh, I did not use any spacers. It looks a little tuck in, but people can't stop looking at it. So, I took it to discount again today to see how a set of 255/40/19 will fit compared to the stock 245/40/19. I must say that if not of a strong will power, I would have paid the $1,032.00 to have them keep those YOKOHAMA ADVAN S4 255/40/19 on my car! Let me just say 255 is beefy and fits perfect! That should have been the recommended size for this wheel.

My 08 SE wheels and tires are on sale.

Thanks for looking...

Looks really nice. You may consider painting the rims to match your car's paint. And do a drop.

Answer to all questions and a request of mine...

Hey Guys, thanks a lot for the good reviews about the rims. This is an answer to a couple of questions some of you asked.

1hawaii50: You owe me a call or text. I responded to your requests, but never hear back from you.

ILL-Maxima: I just got the rims, let me enjoy them on my Max for a while. And before I would want to sell them, you would have developed way better tastes.

ChrisMan287, blaxima06, maxima.713, DeusExMaxima: all of you wish for me to drop. But Hamchan is always sooo quick to talk and as of now, he seems to know me kinda. But he might just be surprised what peer pressure can do here on the org. And that car might just be dropped!

Ugafanz, aznstormin, RAZ76 (I accepted your request, but haven't heard back from you), nyana, EVESNAKE1, slvrmax7, icukev (I believe it would look good on an 02 too), BLACKNESS MONSTA: Thanks you all for the kuddos on the rims.

KCmaxx: I made up my mind. I will not consider spacers anymore. I will do the 255/40/19, instead of spacers. They look great! I had discount tire put a set on my car just to see if I would like them. They do look really good, I promise. The rim is 19x8 and takes the 255 well and it looks just a little beefy, but it fits like a square peg in a square hole.

timwdv: My tint is the legal percentage allowed in Texas 25%. It looks pretty good and classy if you stand next to it. I think I will be keeping it like that for a while.

KCmaxx, mymaxi41691: The floor mat is from weathertech. Those floor mats, I bought for $99.00 from autogeek and was going to sell it, but later on put it in my car. I just love it now. You need to see it in person to fully appreciate its beauty and usefulness. If you want to protect your car, get it for your 6thgen. It is just outright awesome. Your interior will always be clean. This is the link..., http://www.weathertech.com/store/pro...ItemGroupId=52 from the manufacturers. Search using your make, year and model and you are searching for a FloorLiner DigitalFit. But I bought mine from www.autogeek.net, which sells them cheaper than the people who make them! If you want to read more about All season mats, this is a thread on the 7thgen section, you will get good info too..., http://forums.maxima.org/7th-generat...ason-mats.html.

morteljc: I got a pic of the 255 with my cellphone, and it does not do it justice to show how well it looks on the car. But, I will say this on the org, "if ANYBODY CAN GIVE ME A HOOK-UP to buy a set of 255/40/19 from discount tire at a great deal or someone who bought a set and changed their minds and want to sell at a great deal", I would be glad to have that hook-up for I am sure to buy. By the way, do we have any org member(s) that works for discount tire? Please, PM me info. The tires really look good on the car. Handling will definitely be great too.

My OE wheels were 18x7.5 with +45mm offset. These wheels are 19x8 with +50mm offset. They fit good, in my opinion.

Of late, with the rain and slippery roads, my brand new Goodyear RS-A have not been doing good! Even though the tires are brand new, I did hydroplane doing 55! So, I am done with them! I am getting me BRAND NEW TIRES to replace the already BRAND NEW Goodyear RS-A.

I have decided on the YOKOHAMA ADVAN S4, Ultra High Performance All Season tires in the size 255/40/19. Yes, that is right. I am getting 255/40/19 instead of stock 245/40/19. The quote I got from discount tires was $1,032. But, I am still going to get it. I need performance, reliabilty and grip!

This is the link to what I am getting. Anybody has any reviews about these tires? I would appreciate them. I will definitely post pics when I get the tires put on.

stasplaya44: Thanks for the review. I have read a lot of good things about the Yokohama Advan S4 and sees it has a good rating on tirerack.

bigpopaj369, DineroDave: I see peer pressure on the org is going to make me get a drop. I will start looking into it. But I am hoping to get 255/40/19, so, I am cautious and concerned I don't get any rubs.

Switch: I am a little biased to say these 19s ride better than the stock 18s I used to have. But honestly, I think they both ride the same. I have cruised at 70mph and pushed it to 120mph. I personally think, it handles same as my stock 18s.
