Torque issues

Has anyone every seen or modded a torque damper for the 6th gen? I recently replaced my motor mounts and it still seems like I have hard shifts definately when I get on it.

Well not actually getting on it but some times when I come to a yield and the motor downshifts it will have a hard thump when I press the gas not half throttle.

If your car is in good shape, then fixing the tranny is way cheaper than buying a new ride.
