Can I upgrade To The CVT Transmission??

Is it a direct swap if i wanted to swap a 2005 tranny with a 2007 maxima??? is it direct swap or a P.I.T.A. to do?
I know ppl who can do a basic swap and have done it before just wanna know if it's plug and play? lol

i guess you can if u change the whole computer or re-programing it or you can take the maxima 2009 computer & re programing it for your engine that my opinion but iam also dont have an idea about that & iam not Experiance
so
the best thing you do is tuning your transsmision
