wheel studs

I broke 2 studs on my max I was wandering if anyone has replaced them and how to do it and what I have to take off I can get to take the rotors off but I do not know where to go after that.

Take the wheel off, remove the two bolts holding the rotor onto the hub, take the rotor off and tap them out the back with a hammer.

The new studs are 45mm I believe with a 12x1.25 thread pitch.

Putting the new ones in is the fun part. You really need an impact wrench. Use a bunch of washers as a spacer and tighten up the lug nut until it seats against the back of the hub. I did it with a breaker bar, but you have to have someone help you and hold the hub from spinning with a crow-bar. make sure and put lugs on the studs you pry against so you don't damage the threads.
