Front Bumper Removal

So on the way to work today a large milk create came flying out of the truck in front of me and I hit it doing 80mph. Good news is that the bumper only has some minor scuff marks but the impact managed to knock the driver side Fog light assembly out of the bumper. I tried to snap it back in place when i got to work but there is not a lot of room to work. So my question is how easy is it to remove the front bumper so I can snap it back on the clips that hold it.
