I NEED HELP!!! HEADLIGHT QUESTION!!

I don't know what is wrong with my left light. Earlier on in the day the light was fine...but now when I pulled into the garage I could see the light was very.... PINK. The car is a 2006 Maxima SE with driver preferred package. I have owned the car for one year and have had no problems so far. The only thing I did today was wash the car with ONR solution and a 5 gallon bucket. I don't know what could be wrong. If anyone has any suggestions as to why this happened, or how it can be fixed, please help. Thank you in advance!

How much do these bulbs cost? and where can I buy them the cheapest. Also, what is the factory rating on these bulbs, 6000k or 8000k? Thanks.

4300k yes it is dying. needs replaced. i beleive you need an Osram D2R bulb. search will easily show you some buying options, possibly the group deal forum. as well as google. It is recommended to replace both since as the HID bulb ages, the white color shifts. if that matters to you, wanting both bulbs to match perfectly. personally i have a spare and will use that when needed.

edit
Phillips also makes them. both are used for oem HID bulbs. so choose one and replace both. you'll have a spare next time one goes.

also search and see how to prolong bulb life. they are intended to last the life of the car. turning on and off repeatedly shortens life.

I also have "pink eye" in my drivers side bulb. I leave the headlight switch to the automatic setting, I guess that's NOT the way to prolong bulb life. hahaha. I have a 2006 with 86K miles on it.

Both of my headlights are gone on my '06. In CA, I could only get the bulbs at a Nissan dealership for almost $100/bulb
