Powered seat swap - Need Help

Yesterday I tried to swap out my SE seats for the SL powered. I swapped them and plugged in the harness but they did not work. Even though my driver side in the SE is powered. They still did not work.

What am I doing wrong. Has anyone done this swap before?

Maxima Seat Install...

Hey Hercules,

You can try this thread. Had some really good information on doing the seat swap. I started but just didnt have time to finish. You might want to message MaxxxPower since he completed it to my knowledge. Good luck and let me know how it goes.

hi,

I did an even swap from and 04SL to an 04SL and everything worked perfectly. There should only be two things to plug in, the main harness and the yellow airbag connection.

The only problem i would think of is that even though the harness fits, it is not the same layout.

I changed out my seat b/c the side airbag deployed. Changed it out, ran the car diaignostic but the airbag light still wont go off.
