P0202 code help!

My car has had a slightly rough idle for the last 3 days. Today it finally threw a code. It read P0202. I looked this up and it says "Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinder 2"

Here is a link to the site that I got this info from.

http://www.nissanhelp.com/diy/obd_codes/P0202.html

Anyone have any experience with this?

I don't think it would be a coil pack, just because the code says that it is an injector.
I could see the rough idle being a coil pack problem, but the code makes it seem like it is an injector.

Car has just under 50,000 miles. Pretty low mileage for an 04.

Get your injectors cleaned, or drop in a new injector to replace the faulty one. Probably cheaper to go with the cleaning first.

I think I might try just getting a new injector.

Just to be safe you might want to play musical-chairs with your coil packs to be sure it is not cylinder #2 coil pack.

Good luck, mang.

So even though the DTC code says that it is injector related, the coil pack could be bad? I'll have to check it out. The coil pack would be easier to replace.

Sorry, man, I couldn't tell you, for I do not know. That being said, if it is for some reason something to do with the coil-pack, spark-plug, or injector, then that would be a shame to not check them all out. The coil-pack and plug being the cheapest, I would do those myself first and see where I am at. If the problem still purists, then you have narrowed it down to the injector.

If I had your car, I would switch around the coil-packs, and replace the spark-plug in cylinder 2. Then I would have the codes read again. If the error code reads for a diffrent cylinder, then it is the coil-pack. If the error code no longer exist, then it was the plug. If cylinder 2 is still problematic, then it is probably your injector.

Alright, I'll give that a shot.
Thanks!
