i don't have my Fuse box covers with me

Might need a new radiator cap as well, those do need to be repliaced from time to time.
Far as the fans, couldn't tell you which fuse, but both blocks are either under the dash, or under the hood. This one is more then likely under the hood. Should be labled in the inside of the cover...

Check the fuse box by the battery. Two 40amp fuses, "K" and "L" are for the radiator fans. If your facing the front of the car, left side, you will see a 50amp("J") then 40amp(K") then 40amp("L") 40amp("M"). Their fusible links.
