Bluebat hood overlays
Bluebat (Andy) made some hood overlays for Jsmith's silver Maxima some time ago. They blend the carbon fiber hood in nicely with the car's paint color which minimizes the "slapped on" look that a carbon fiber hood can have sometimes. At Jsmith's suggestion, I bought some black overlays for my black Maxima (naturally!) and I think they look great. Since the black blends in with the dark carbon fiber, its very subtle and hard to see. Let me know what you think.
Sorry for the poor cell phone shot. Better pics to come.

Bluebat makes some nice stuff! Looks nice either way. Darker colors get away with the entire hood
Is that what Carbon Fiber looks like when its wet? I'm buying a hood soon. "Slapped on" makes me think twice. More pics please.....

Nice ride!
I have a black 04 and am wanting to get a new grille. Is yours metal wire mesh or plastic? I also love the wheels with the red trim! Did they come with the red or did you have that put on?

Very nice but not practical up north in the snowy winter! I'm talking about the hood.
As for the foggy lights...McGuires Plastix cleans the lenses. My experience with this product has been exceptional for both the front and rear light lenses. My wife has a 2002 Corolla and every spring I use this product with a buffer and wham they all look like new. I hand polish them after with a good wax too...they look great even after 6 years!
