I did a search on Maxima.org and didn't find any links for a 6th Gen. Now I know people have discussed it, one member made a custom set, and Jsmith and others did an 7th Gen mirror swap bit these are strictly made to fit an 04-08 Maxima!

I've seen these on the other org. I don't like how it's just a mirror "cover". I'd like to see a write up on how to swap in the 7th gen mirrors.

The led strip is too big, looks ricey. I like the size in the 09-10 Altima mirrors better.

Very nice man. Hopefully you post some pics of the engine bay when you install those. They'll fit right in with the theme you have going on.

You just disconnect the hose and install? Or is it more to it than that? Also, where can I get that custom cai you got? The one that runs all the way across your radiator?

Your lucky man and it's very well deserved, thanks for your service. Wish I had a lift to use somewhere, it would help me out a lot.

Upper hose yes, lower hose would dump too much fluid in my garage floor or driveway when I can rent a full lift for $3.50 an hr (including tools) at the base hobby shop and dump all my fluids in the proper Eco friendly bins in under an hour ... On your last question...

Agree it's a big help and when my cars up in the air there is so much more I can see, fix, maintain that many owners cannot until something actually breaks. Every time my car goes up on a lift I clean the whole underside, inner/outer rims, coil-overs, exhaust system, brakes, and full detailed underside inspection with a flashlight! And after 24 years in the Navy, my knees and ankles are pretty shot so it helps a lot. Thanks for your support!

No problem man and I know exactly what you mean. I almost always have to keep guessing when it comes to the condition of my car. Pretty dependent on mechanics to tell me if there's an issue.

Which is the problem because I don't know what the hell they are doing most of the time when they either fix or inspect my car. It's a shame really LOL

I have the MAXI-L.E.D. MIRROR COVERS. I love them. They look good. They fit perfect. Look like factory (and are a fraction of the cost of 7th gen mirrors) and my power fold and memory settings work just like normal.

I would recommend them to anyone interested in LED's on their mirrors.

This is not an expensive Mod.

This is the link where to buy them:

OK did the silicone OBX-R radiator hose install today, had to shave about an inch off the top hose or it would have made a kink in the line!

Glad it worked out for you even though you had to shave it down but that looks sick man!! Really adds to the "red heat" theme that you got going.

Aww, did I hurt yaw little feelings with that icon I posted. Your still the same ignorant bastard that I remember that got me banned. This isn't my6thgen, I'll let you know that right now. Take a long look around this forum before you start blabbering jibberish. There isn't anybody going to protect you this time by banning me and your definitely not a moderator. So, who the *** are you to say that it should not last very long.

Matter of fact, all that you've done is proven that your a hypocrite by reacting to a single picture that I posted and getting off the topic of this thread. Your a sad old man with nothing else to do but annoy me. That's the bottom line.

You just stuck your foot in your big mouth again.

As far as needing protection, I am more than capable of taking care of myself.

My feelings can never be hurt from your tiny insolent and vulgar remarks. I am very sorry you were raised to have such disrespect for others. I truly believe this is not all your fault and significantly shows you were taught by others who also lacked in proper social behavior.

It's never too late to learn manners. If you would like I can recommend some excellent reading material to guide you and teach you proper public behavior. These books are in large print with lots of pictures. It should not be too difficult for you to comprehend. It will even help you learn proper vocabulary and word usage. This will come in handy on your next post. You may not have to go back so many times to edit all your mistakes. Of course you still missed most of them.

If you don't take my advice, your rude behavior is only going to advance like a cancer. Your conduct has already proven to be unacceptable causing you to be permanently banned from my6thgen.org.

It will only be a matter of time before it happens again. Maximus or 6.5 affiliate you need help. Please seek it out. Take an anger management course, and then read some books on behavior. While you're at it you should take a course in English grammar. I will be more than glad to assist you in getting the help you need.

Back on Topic.

The MAXI-L.E.D.MIRROR COVERS ARE GREAT.
I think you can still get in on the group deal on my6thgen.org

LMAO, that's hilarious. You think that I don't know that you came back on this forum just to see if I responded or not. Obviously I did strike a nerve.

Otherwise, you wouldn't of taken the time to type all that bullshyt. I see you still got that stick up your ***. If you knew how to act in a public forum than you should've ignored my comment and moved on with your life. Instead of trying to retaliate. I'm going to be waiting for you to again so I can laugh at you.
