Rear too low
is it that the springs are bad or the shocks? the rear of my car sits lower than the front it looks like ive got 3 passengers sitting in the back when in reality theres nobody there. why is this!!!? oh and the squeaking that comes from the rear every time i go over bumps, whats up with that? ive read about replacing the bushings in the rear but some say it works and some say it doesnt so are there any real solutions for this.

The front arches are simply larger than the rear. The cars is level and appears lower in rear because Nissan makes more space in the front to turn the wheels.
With my chrome 20s the rear would rub since my offset was too low. I upgraded the shocks which helped but some rubbing still occurred. Ride height did not change since the springs are what determine that.

For springs, Tein S techs give a pretty sweet looking drop all around.

there is more of a gap in the front. The car is even now. Nissan always uses that design.

It's just the way these cars are designed (which looks gay in my opinion). Replacing the shocks on the back won't help at all. Only thing you can do is put a spacer on the rear spring and raise it up or lower the front end.
