Strut issue kyb gr2

So i recently got a 2007 Nisan Maxima, and have replaced the suspension with kyb gr2;s and h and r lowering springs...i was getting some noise out of the front right, and got advise to change the kyb strut mounts back to stock, due to bad craftmenship...i changed the strut mounts and the noise went away a little...i then changed the bump stops for new ones thinking that would help and the noise is still there...all 3 other sides are nice and tight and make no noise...im at a lose as of now...i have also replaced the strut with another new gr2 and it doesn't seem to help...i have also had the dealer look at the car thru my extended warranty and they replaced the cat, 2 motor mounts, and main ac hose...they inspected the whole car and couldn't find what is making the noise...it only rattles/makes noise over rough road, not really over large pot holes...gonna take it to my old performance shop soon and have it tore apart for the 5th time

What I have learned from my experienc is that,
Never use KYB mounts
Never use Monroe mounts
OEM or Moog mount is the way to go.

Clicking noise while turning left & right = bad mount bearing (If CV joint is fine)

I have a FSTB (Front Suspension Strut Bar) and at first it was installed a little hight...when I went over bumps it used to hit the inside of the hood at the same two places..so I had the FSTB lowered a bit and used a Dremel tool to cut out a couple of already existing holes (wider holes) and placed rubber pads on the angled sides of the strut bar to make sure it no longer hits anything....and that was it...no more noise. It would happen mostly over road cracks, ruts or bumps/humps.....Now it's smooth and quiet. You should also check your motor mounts.

Ok so the motor mounts were replaced under warranty about a month ago...i just took my car to a performance shop, and they roda tested and visually inspected...they see nothing wrong. The ratteling is driving me crazy...if there is anyone in the bay are that thinks they may know what this problem is please give opinion. Im going to have to try a different strut, different brand for sure...only other idea i have is maybe theball joint. I had the dealer inspect the car when they did the motor mount and now a performance ship and nobody seems to have a answer. ANY LOCAL SHOP THAT CAN HELP PLEASE LET ME KKNOW ASAP. This noise car is killing me...

So the dealer replaced the control arm, including ball joint and it is still no better...going to have to have a shop reinstall the strut and spring, along with replace the bearing in the stock mount and see if this will finally fix it...there is really nothing left at this point...
