..total junk- started squeeking during turns only after 20K miles after replacement. Avoid at any cost and go with OEM. OEM strut mounts are the best fit by the way as well. Yes, OEM bearings can be up to 30 bucks a piece, I know.. Still better than all that fun of taking the struts out and working with spring compressor all over again.

Lession learned? Never cheap-out on parts that makes you do the work all over again.

I did not try to cheap out, simply grabbed whatever was avail on the market for this application from a trusted brand. Boy, was I wrong about this "trusted brand". What these people did is just imitated OEM part like a goddamn toy part for a toy car. Very disappointing. Hope someone from their HQ reads this. Have a delightful afternoon.

 

I've had my KYB GR-2 for over a year, no issues.

 

I've been using kyb for a few years now and never had problems or premature failure.

 

How do you know for sure its the strut bearing?
