Thanks guys. I'm going to see the car on Friday. He doesn't want to budge on the price. I'm considering showing 10500 in a dufflebag to tempt him. I can't find any good deals.

Even @ 10500, I don't think this is a good deal. like NISMO and HMAX said, that is really high mileage for an 07. I would hope that it's mostly all highway.

Good Luck

I'm with the others. My suggestion is not to buy it since the 120k warranty on the CVT has officially run out on it. Even if it's been well taken care of. That car is close to being dead anyways. Plus, the asking price is to much for something that's been run to the ground.

Just be patient and I'm sure you'll find a better deal out there. Look around the web and call some local dealerships to see if they got any for sale. It's worth a try.

Ya, I agree, the price is a bit high for the mileage, but if you can swing it, then i think its a good bang for your buck if its in very good shape.

See the car, sure. But be wary, there's got to be a better deal out there for you. I might consider paying $12,000 for an 07 if it had only 80,000 on it...do the blue book searches to see what I'm talking about...120k, this guy's got ***** asking that much firm. He should be willing to take you $10500 if he's a reasonable man...

Highway or not very high mileage take into account you may have to do struts etc. Check it over carefully. I assume it's an AT as well and that is a concern too.

It's worth paying a couple thousand more for a car with, say, under 60K on it. Car.com it and be willing to drive a few hundred miles. Also, search newspaper ads for private owners...

+1 Agreed, this price is a joke and maybe the owner better just hold onto it if he feels it's worth that price. I would stay away from buying anything with that many miles especially for that kind of money! Even if you don't get a MAX, honestly you can get a lot "more" car for that money! Scratch it off the list in my opinion!

Do you want an auto or a 6 speed manual? Thinking of selling my 06 SE 6MT. Gotta take the dog and baby out for a walk, will post more details if you're interested.

I test drove the car and it ran perfectly. I made him a cash offer of 10,500 and he said no. Apparantley he said a guy was going to give him 2k to hold it until he can get a ride to pick it up.I think its BS. I indirectly told him dont let your pride stop you from calling me if the deal falls through. Ive been looking like crazy for this car and i cant find any good deals. Alot of rebuild title cars are out there. Anyone knows something let me know.

If dude rejected your offer, and fed you some BS I wouldnt go back. Sorry but I HATE dealers.

Leave it be, find something else. That thing is really high miles for an 07. Say the original owner bought it mid 2007, thats 4 years or 30,000 miles a year. Its been driven a lot. I'd like to know how the previous owner(s) maintained it

blue book private party is 11,315 in good condition (excellent condition is not found here[found the CL ad]). If he didnt accept your 10.5 offer, move on. Dont give him your time.

It always does until a few months down the line and your wishing you never bought the thing in the first place. Plus, he's giving you one of the dumbest sales pitches I've heard/read in a LONG time.

There's no one retarded enough that they're gonna give 2 grand to a total stranger to hold a car that they're gonna buy. Come on now. Look outside of Orlando when your searching for a ride if they don't have one within your specifications. Always options out there. you just have to look for it.

If you can drop the price even more, then I would say go for it.

Because I bought my 05 Maxima with 119,833 miles for about $7,250. It was listed at $9,995.

I've owned it since April 2011, only put 4,000 miles on it so far and my car is actually in the shop getting a new catalytic converter. Within 3 weeks of owning it, I needed a new o2 sensor.

As much as you love the car, think about what may happen to it in the long wrong. I'm already $2,000 in repairs for everything I had done.
