WHAT would you do with a thousand bucks?
So lets say you got 1300 bucks to waste (give or take a hundred or two). you have decided to spend it on your max, what would you buy???

performance oriented answers (preferred)

would still like to hear other answers tho please.

drilled rotors are on the way , BBK are a little too much right now, and i don't want used.

i was seriously considering a zex wet kit, but i am worried about cops. i live in cali and if the cop gets a wild hair they can crush my car.

nice! i feel like a kid in a candy shop..

found a guy selling his t3/t4 turbo kit for 800, im thinking about taking that steal of a deal.

anyone good with turbos in soCal wanna help put this in if i buy it? i've don't one turbo kit before but took me longer than i can afford to have my car out of commission. i need someone who knows what they are doing so it will take no longer than 3 days. (very quick) ill pay you for your time.

i already have stock in apple great company, great idea!! but i want a faster car NOW lol

probably a good idea to buy some more cause of the steve jobs thing. im pretty sure the stock will go up in the next release of cool apple product.

If I was like you and already had headers , intake, and spacers, I would buy an SSIM and get a machine shop to do some port matching for me.

I've heard some mixed reviews about the SSIM. some people say its great for upper range other say that the benefits would be there if our engines revved higher but because they don't its not worth the 5HP its gives. for 800 bucks? i donno..

what about the port matching, i don't know too much about that...

Away do you have now? For me it's either piggyback (most likely), cams, UIM, subframe connectors and collars or brake kit. Or something like that.

being that I have a 5th gen I'd get the full cattman exhaust for like ~$1200
For a 6th gen? I would put money into interior/exterior LED lights for the whole car, but thats not the performance part you're looking for.

really good replies guys!! i apprecieate the feed back. i have lots of great ideas to toss around.

I like the 5th gen section. they are more into the performance of their cars over anyone else. keep it up, you guys have awesome cars!!

best thing you can do with spare money is save it, that way if god forbid you blow your engine or tranny or something, you have cash right away to get it fixed. save money like that, and use any spare money you get afterwards on mods
