Those aren't gunmetal. They're not chrome, they're polished.

Looks good though.

So, wheels and tires only?

Any details, plans or just a few more grossly large pics on the way?

Also more detail on the car my wife wrecked it last year so I have been putting her back together . 2007 lights installed on the 2004 front end looks weird or is it just me (Nov 2011) . Got my bumper painted and man I must say it looks way better (May 2012) . I know the fog light is out this is an old picture .

Thank you I love it also , and it feels good knowing I did all the work .

Just a picture of the intake and the FSTB . Also my battery tray that I clean up from the nasty state it was in . All 6th gen owners need to do this , take an hour or two .

Good choice on the rims man. One of those lip kits would definitely set it off, and a spoiler.

Jason you are right , I want a lip but the spoiler I just don't know about . I wish we had more options to choose from instead of just that one .

LEDs these things are nice and a great upgrade .

2007 Gauges and top hat cover . I think this is the best mod I have ever done because I see it all the damn time . The only down side is you will have the TCC and Slip light on all the time SMH .

New rotors and pads but not pictured . The install isn't bad at all just have a long breaker bar and patience .

Nice work on the rotors man, should of gotten the zinc that would match the rims. A lil suggestion, ever considered tinting the tail lights with night shades? I did it and masked off the reverse lights and it looks wicked.

I did order Zinc and they told me after I got them that they only have the gold ones for the Maximas . I'm getting the ruby red LED tail lights soon , I'm not a fan of the tint .

How does the new gauges work with your existing odometer? Does it use the same odometer or does it use the original odometer of the original car it came out of? Thank you

I wish i would have painted my rotors when i put them on. The zinc coating ended up oxidizing. Doesn't look as bad as rust but painted looks much better. Brake pad change will be due in 20k miles. Perfect time to do it.

The 2007 gauges will have to be the same mileage as your car or very very close .

Whats up guys nothing new on the Maxima just doing maintanence . I have to change out my power steering belt and the alternator etc belt . I started the car last Saturday and was squealing like a pig . I also need a new passenger axle so mods will be slim to none until I get more cash flow . All in all I think this was a good year for my car .

Hey bro, I'm totally feeling those wheels! Everything on the car is looking good.

Except maybe the steering wheel cover? Your steering wheel is slick? I know mine is but I just don't like the way the covers look. I opted for some fingerless driving gloves.

Like the wheels. If your going for a VIP look then that's gonna fit perfect in your plans. Everything else is nice too.

Waiting to see what everything looks like when your finished.

I have a new one now much better lol . The steering wheel is in ok condition I want to get it redone so that it's thicker , it just feels to darn small . I might be letting the wheels go they look cool and all but I want something different .

Update , I'm broke lol my wife got a Jaguar X Type SMH . All my mod money is going to it next on the list is a front CAT .

Just wanted to update my thread nothing new just put some wax on the car . Mods for this year will be the basics 07 hood, 07 spoiler, 20mm front wheel spacers and some ruby red LED tails I hope .

Just wanted to drop a few lines. No updates on the car as of yet I'm in Chicago for training for the Navy. When I get back the moding will begin. Also on the list is the timing chain job, here is a look at it on a Z.

I think it looks good, just personally I would have went with some 18's or 19s at the most, but to each his own. Nice ride.

18"s come stock 19"s to small, what wheels do you have?

Side shot, oh yeah I did get an alignment finally and I had to get my passenger side axle replaced. For the axle the labor was $130 and the part was $100 from Advance Auto Parts. I just took the car to Nissan for the alignment which came up to $106 SMH normal price was $84 but my trailing arm bolt was seized so they charged me extra labor.

Do you all think I should get the 6.5 Gen spoiler?

Hi guys I'm still stuck here in North Chicago but I have started ordering parts for the car. First up I wanted to get all my timing parts taken care of, I still need a few more things but I'm getting there. I was gonna go with the Ebay timing kit but I decided to just go OEM.

Anyone know a good seller for HID bulbs, it seems every time I get 43k the bulbs always color shift. I might just go 3k this time around. Also anyone have any issues with painted headlight housings? Or have you all had any luck with LED bulbs?

Hello guys

Well, I haven't updated in a great deal of time but I'm back. Car was parked for the last year or so which was a horrible idea, never never just let a car sit. Sold my wheels a few years ago now looking for something that fits the car a little better like Rays wheels or something. Recently did a little maintenance on the car but currently its parked due to brake issues or no brakes I should say. I replaced all the lines, one caliper, and lastly found out that my MC is bad. Enough of the yapping here is the car.
