Hey guys, one of my fan motors died, so I replaced the whole assembly with a dorman unit off of amazon...

The installation is a piece of cake, but I failed to take note of which connector goes to which fan... Each connector has different color wires, and the FSM and Haynes don't include this information.


The fan seems to work regardless of which way I plug everything up, and the connectors themselves fit equally well on either fan... so I'm at a loss.

Would someone be so kind as to check the wires on your Maxima and tell me which connector goes to which fan? If you give me one, I can figure out the other...

Connector One:

2 Red Wires w/Yellow Stripe
1 Red Wire w/no Stripe
1 Blue Wire w/Black Stripe

Connector Two:

2 Black Wires
1 Red Wire w/White Stripe
1 Blue Wire w/no Stripe
