OK so I'm super stumped on this one... the all of the speaker in the car work, AM plays fine and CDs play fine, but when its on FM I get nothing but static and can only hear music when its turned all the way up, same goes for the tape player... I'm lost on this, any ideas???

 

Also no interior lights work at all as well as the presets for the driver seats... I have checked all the fuses that I can find and nothing is out (nothing I found indicates being fuses for the interior lights)

 

Are your tail lights working? Look in the fuse panel under the hood, next to the washer fluid reservoir. Check the 15a tail lamp fuse. If that fuse is out, your interior lights go out with it. I'm not sure how this would relate to your audio, as I've never heard of that problem before, but it may be a starting point to check it out.
