I have to 2004 maxima with 131××× miles. With in 15 mins with the car being started my fans come on really loud when I am stop. my heat doe not work unless im driving. my temp gauge needle consist of moving up and while driving on the highway. ive changed the water pump radiator and thermostat. did anyone else have this problem?

I have a 2004 and my heat only works while the car is moving. If I'm just sitting in a parking lot I can't get heat. I took it to pepboys and they couldn't find the problem. might take it to Nissan and see what they say.
