GRRRR Got in a wreck, Wondering if they will total it or not.
Make a long story short i got in a minor fender bender on 9/4. The driver instead of merging into the interstate hit his breaks and stopped in the merging lane. My driver side front hit his passenger side rear. I thought nothing of it figured it would be maybe a $1500 fix. after taking my car to two body shops i got the quotes of $4777 and $4275 for the other body shop. Luckily for me my deductable is $250. My question is do you think my insurance company (Geico) will total out my vehicle. it is a 2004 maxima SE with 188,000 miles on it.... The Vehicle drives like a dream however.

Post some pictures!
Far as total, I can't remember the exact %, but it's somewhere around 70% the value of the car is where they start to get shaky on repairing it. So bluebook it, the closer you are to 50%, better chance you have of getting it fixed.
