factory alarm preventing car start up.

vehicle cranks, but doesn't start, mechanic said the alarm is armed and seems to be stuck in that mode preventing the car from starting. Any ideas on what to do? need help! feedback appreciated.

On the 4th gen maximas, this problem required a tow to the dealership. I believe the issue was that the key needed to be reprogrammed.

hmmm. ill take it to the dealer then. hopefully that solves the problem.
