Its a 07se also do i have to both front and rear ??
Or should i not even bother at 118k and ride till the wheels fall off?? Lol

No advice about what to get, but I'm with you on the concept of if it aint broke. Certain things are worth the money, trans fluid replacement, spark plugs, brakes, tires, these are things you gotta do regularly...however if the struts are fine, and you're not looking to lower or race the thing, then save your money.

so i ordered the 2 front struts and the 2 rear shocks and the strut mounting kit....
i went with monroe sensa tracs
is there anything i should order as a precautionary measure to ensure the repair goes smoothly

While is apart change the rubber bushings for the rear shock too.
If you got extra $$ replace the rear sway bar with a progressive bar/bushings.
That's what I did,and replaced the springs. Handles much better on turns.
