Any way to hide rear exhaust and mufflers?

So I've been driving my wife's aveo since its a little more low profile and my license is gone till the 7th, anyways, yesterday I ended up beind my max on the freeway and all I could see was the nasty exhaust system on the back end of the car. Was a huge eye sore to look at, it was all I could look at. Standing or walking up the car it looks fine, but when sitting Lower in a vehicle driving beind it its bad. is there trim package or anything that can hide that a little better without looking Ricey and what not. I can't see anything online at all. Any ideas? What if I used some of the "ez lip" universal trim/lip and installed it vertical, facing the groudb rather than flat like a regular lip, but on the rear bumper to hide it a little. Or would that be way to noticeable? Ideas welcome
