Maxima 2005, heat comes with full force

Maxima 2005, heat comes with full force
When I set the heat at 63 or higher it comes at full force and over heat.
Please your help. thanks
Problem solve, the in car sensor (in vehicle sensor) full of dust. Cleaned with air pressure and every thing OK
