04 maxima headlights/fog light switch

Hey guys. Just tryna reach out on here and possibly get some help with my maxima and the headlight assembly. I have the 04 model. Which has the headlights and white light turn signal indicators that look like fog lights. Follow me now, so within the headlight assembly you have the projector head light, turn signal at the top and there's that extra small projector light inside as well. I'm assuming a type of fog light or driving lights. I have the switcch inside the car as well off and has a picture of what looks like the typical fog light animation but the lights do not turn on at all. Seems to have bulbs, checked the fuses. Nothing. Can anyone explain to me the issue or what might work?

When I purchased my 04 I had the same dilemma lol. I checked fuses serveral times and they were fine. But, the smaller round projectors next to your headlights are the fog lights. That is what the switch is for. The bottom ones on the bumper are cornering lights that come on when you turn on your turn signals. I read on this forum awhile back that if one fog lamp bulb is burned out, neither one will work. I dont know if that is true of if both of mine where just burned out but I replaced the bulbs, well actually installed an HID kit, and they both work now. So I would suggest starting off by replacing both of the bulbs and see if that get them working.

Yeah thanks bro. Think it's weird where they place the fogs on the first models. We decided to go with some yellow H3 fogs. I jus hope they are bright. Enough. Did you get the opt7 HID? And when you look online some come with that plastic stem piece on the end and some are the bulb just with the wires. If that makes any since

Did you check the fog light fuse in the engine bay?
