Good evening.my friend has an 06 with 5speed auto.has issues with shifting after warmed up.to operaating temp.put scan tool on and shows tft sensor going from 400 down to 30 and bouncing all around.where is transmission fluid temp sensor located and can it be replaced seperatly?thank you very much in advance.

 

What precisely was the error code?

 

There is no error code no lights on the dash it all. Once the vehicle gets up to operating temperature and seems to slip and lacks power. All I need to know is where is the transmission fluid temperature sensor and is it replaceable or is it included in the valve body thank you very much
