What was the chain problem specifically? Did it skip/break or did they just replace the tensioners?

It can be anything going forward - it is Nissan after all. Expect to have to replace the camshaft and crankshaft position sensors, throttle pedal position sensor, and god knows what else.

Engine mounts, battery, power steering pump, tie rods, sway bar end links. This is only the beginning.

260,000 on mine and my tensioners are fine. Change your oil on a proper schedule. It's not Nissan's fault.

As for mounts, battery, ps pump and front end those are parts that wear out. SMH
