6 spd swap, stuck in gear

Hi everyone, I recently did a 6 speed swap in my 6th gen, Ive installed everything and when trying to start the car it moves fordward like its stuck in one gear, the clutch work as I can see, fully depressed pedal the car wont move but when I leave the pedal and try to start it moves, the weird thing is that I can move the shifter to any gear position, shifter cables are new, and checked as per the fsm, and says that is normal the shifter returns to neutral position when I put it in 1st 2nd or reverse, but in my case it returns to neutral when i put it in any position except 3rd or 4th, could be the oil level causing this problem? The yard has this transmission sitting for maybe 6 months plus almost a year sitting when I bought it.

Any help will be apretiated.

most likely you did not install the cables correctly. go back over them and check your shifter, take it apart and re-do sometimes it is something simple you missed. Worst case scenario is the trans is bad, but i doubt it. likely a simple cable or shifter problem.

I will check again, but I did It twice, the video was recorded with the car turned off, so I don't really now if it matters, when I put 3rd or 4th the shifter enter will stay in that position, is there any other gear position where the shifter dont return to neutral? The fsm says that is normal that the shifter return to neutral when I move it to 1st, 2nd or Reverse, but dont mention anything about 5th or 6th.

Here is the problem

Going to check if the rest is in there to weld it, its pretty expensive import another transmission to Venezuela, even a spec V one.
