Please help me find this part!

I've removed my faded roof chrome trim on my 2006 to sand and paint. In doing that I've broken some of the grommet plugs/clips on the REAR trim pieces. Online I've found some diagrams that potentially show part #s 78100J and 78100JA as being the replacements I need, but they both say grommet and nothing about a part that goes into a grommet.

Can anyone help me track down this part? Attached are images of what I need.

Edit

Sorry I don't know how to edit a post, but my car is a 2007 not a 2006. Also, here's a screenshot of the diagram of parts.

Thanks for your help, I appreciate it. I ordered the part you suggested and it turns out that it's still not the part I'm looking for The part suggested is a grommet and not a fastener. The search continues.

Got any junk/scrap yards close to you. That may be your best bet.

WHAT?! How you'd you find them?! you're amazing! I had thought maybe the skirt clips were the same but I could never find an image clear enough to verify it. thanks so much.
