Does anyone know if the TPMS feature in the new maxima shows the psi of each tire?

No it does not. The light only goes on if it hits the predetermined low number. Doesn't tell you which tire or anything. Just an idiot light basically. Like the check engine soon light.

The 'predetermined low number' is sort of around 28 or 29 psi (will naturally vary slightly between cars), which, for folks like me who carry higher pressures such as 35 to 37, means a slow leak wont be caught until considerable air has been lost.

I am hopeful that the half-gen (probably the 2011 model) will at least have separate lights for each tire, if not a numerical readout. This could be done with a wireless system.
