Side mirrors not folding down when backing?

My Max's side mirrors used to go down when I would put it in reverse.

I recently took it to the local dealership for an oil change, and when I got it back, I noticed that the side mirrors no longer fold down to better help with parking.
Anyone else have this issue and know how to fix?
(I don't really want to have to take it back to the dealership, if it's a simple fix)

Thanks in advance...

Move the outside mirror control to the left or right and keep it there. If you get tired of the reverse tilt down help then put it back in the neutral position.

An owners manual is the most unread printed document.

Mine don't, but I have had a different issue... I've noticed on several occasions, the mirrors don't automatically go "back" to their original position, they basically stay in the down position, which is really annoying, as you have to put the car in Park, then hit the memory button to move them back. Its happened to me several times... not sure why... if it keeps it up, I'll probably have it looked at when I get my first oil change next month. I've already racked up 1500 miles on my Maxima in the month I've had it.
