Anyone else seen something like this with Nissan??

I know that this if from Infiniti but this is something i received in my email account at yahoo and I was just wondering if anyone here seen anything/similar offers from Nissan:

This has been discussed at length on other boards. Sure, Infiniti is working hard to reduce the amount of '08 inventory by offering (for the G35) $4K off OR 0.9% financing (but not both). But the '09 Maxima is a bit like the '09 G37 (both new models) and discounting with factory incentives is relatively light.

It'll be interesting to see what both Nissan and Infiniti do once January comes. They are clearly trying to maintain their pricing structure, but if car sales continue to tank, there may be no other options.

I just struck a deal to buy a SV+Premium to take advantage of the year end "secret" Nissan support money. Of all the deals I have researched on this Board, the prices seem to be around $1,800 less than invoice. This is net of all the BS doc fees and conveyance fees. The deal this week is better than this. But it ends on Friday (so they say).
