Can anyone tell me that is the Triangle with Exclamation mark mean that showed up on my instrument panel?
I look in the manual book and everywhere that I can think of but unable to find the answer.

Usually it pops on if a door, hood, trunk open or if your fuel is low as a warning. Also might be tire pressure light if it looks like (i)

nah, that is not the TPMS icon. as my tire pressure (!) is still off. this is the icon triangle with exclamation mark. so it is some type of warning.

I don't have an 09 Maxima but in my 99 Volvo S80 that symbol refers to a problem/fault with the ABS and or TCS.

So far, every time that symbol has appeared on my instrument panel, it was to help draw my attention to another warning symbol (such as low fuel) that otherwise I may have overlooked. Are you absolutely sure there is no other warning symbol showing anywhere?

It may be possible you have a warning bulb not working. Did you check out all the (seemingly endless number of) possible warning lights, most of which light up briefly when you first turn the ignition to 'on'? They are shown in chapter 2 of the owners manual.

yup, I turn on the ignition and all lights are working properly and stay on for 2 seconds and turn off except the triangle light. the thing that get me mad is that the manual does not document that light anywhere.

I got the symbol for being within 75miles of my tank going empty. Press the square button on your panel to the left of the steering wheel and cycle through the display until you get to the warning message section. It "should" say there is a warning message, and check on that to see what it is.

Mine comes on if I'm low on fuel. I think it's just a caution indicator.

The triangle indicates that you have a warning message. It is listed in the owners manual. You have to scroll to your message center to see what the warning is. It could be anything from your door being open to low fuel to low tire pressure to who knows.

Bizar seems to be quite correct. When scrolling through the in dash display (where the speedo and tach are) you can set alarms according to your preferences .. including driving times, MPG, Average Speeds...

Information on this can be found starting at 2-16 of the manual.

Actually, this is one thing it WON'T be, as the TPMS also displays a symbol similar to the cross section of a tire on the dash when it is triggered.
