Newbie here question about STILLEN body parts

Hey guys, I am new to the forums. I have been a lurker ever since I decided I wanted to get a Maxima. I recently bought one, about two weeks ago. I love it so far.

The question I have is that I bought the lip and side skirts from STILLEN, however the parts seem very flimsy, is this normal? I am on the bounds of not even putting the side skirts because they just don't seem very sturdy, specially with the stock ones I have that seem rock solid. Or is that normal and when they put them together it will be different?

This is the first time I apply any sort of body kit to my vehicle, so I unaware of what to expect. It is the same thing for the lip.

side skirts:

Lip:

those are the pieces I bought, thanks for your help! has anyone put these pieces on, and do they like them?

If by flimsy you mean bendable or twistable that is how they are suppose to be. Stillen makes there body products out of Urethane which is pretty much indestructible and is a lot tougher than the factory side skirts. Just make sure that when u get it painted you bring it to someone that knows what they are doing cause there is a certain type of paint that your supposed to use for urethane products from what i've heard.
