HAHAHA I know, ive been asking around, I dunno if i should get it painted black or get it done with an overlay. I figured i could also take the overlay off if i ever decide i dont want it anymore, if i paint it, im stuck with it....does anyone know someone that makes a custom overlay for the top roof?

Black roof would just look amazing, might wanna do vinyl first like you said so its easily reversible. Love the car, white was my first choice, but I had to settle for black. Do you daily drive it? With that lip its freaking low now.

The guy who did my clear bra does black. In fact when I was there at his shop they were doing a new 550 Benz completely in black. Just need to ask around to see who does it as the material is available.

I love the white and if i could do it all over again i would of picked the white Sv Premium and done the mods i've done to my black one. Lip looks great, think you did a bad choice by going 5% on the front though, i'm in miami and I did 35% on the front but since my car is black and my tints on the side are 12% it looks completely black, heres the deal I've been pulled over 6 times in a matter of 9months, and have recieved 4 tickets already for the front windshield, its like a cop magnet unreal and i don't even speed. Oh and within a month don't be suprised to have some scratches under the lip, the drop we have is great but just like that little driveway you have there, anything with a steeper drop will scrapre your lip. Goodluck and yeah looks awesome.

BTW guys don't know if you noticed but he also tinted his turning signals on his mirrors. Sweet Touch.

Looks good! love the custom plate cover!! Question, on a stock max, putting the front lips, does it lower the front end or do they run along the stock bottom?

I agree you should get the roof blacked out! Over here in California, alot of us are into matte black, so I would go with it matte black, but also gloss black would look really nice, have you thought about vinyl on the roof, it's really resistant and can be taken off whenever you want and probably cheaper. I might do a matte black roof on super black my 7th Gen.

The car looks nice, but it's just dumb to have 5% on the windshield. I had 25% and it was hard to see at night. I can't even imagine 5%.

I live in STL. and want to get the lip on my Dark Slate 09. How much is it gonna cost to paint and install . Do I have to pay a body shop to install it or is it easy to do?

the body shop i went to charged me 125 to paint it, i installed it myself. its really simple. You just peel off the tape and it sticks right on to the bumper. I must say tho, i feel one day its gonna fall off if i ever hit a pot hole or something. Stillen provides you with some screws to screw it in , but i dont wanna ruin my bumper with screws just incase if i dont want the lip on anymore. Sooner or later i think im gonna have to take it off and reinforce it with something better.

Damn, and I'm worried about the 35% tint on my front door windows...

Car looks amazingly sexy though. Swap a 6-speed in it and I'd rock it, no doubt.

Redlinedesigns does alot of good vinyl work. Also I would definatly get some screws in that lip asap. That tape wont hold up long by itself. Its either ruin the bumper or buy another lip and get it painted again.
