Heard good things about both and started to read up on them but I think the LC6 has been discontinued from what I can tell.

Have you also heard of Peripheral Electronics PCH8? I was looking at that a couple weeks ago.

So wait, how would this get installed? Do you have to backtrack all the speakerwire to this unit and basically run it again? I am trying to figure out how this would work sans rat nest...

I think it has been discontinued but you can still find em, I went to my homies stereo shop yesterday to check out the clean sweep and he swore by the LC6 and had a few in stock for about $180 installed, as opposed to $400-$500 installed for the clean sweep, and he said the clean sweep has some issues with tuning that may be fixed with the next gen that JL should be releasing this year.

But the cost is a phat difference! Other than my homies shop, Ive never even heard of the LC6 so thats why Im seein if anyone in here knows about how it performs.

The other thing is, with these installed we would lose the stock Bose subs correct? Which means I would have to have an amp and sub installed right away as well as the 4 channel amp...
