This blows............one of my tires has a puncture in it near or on the sidewall, so theres no patching up. Tire is about 200 bucks to replace, do u think there's a warranty for that?

Unless it happened on its own then no. There is a member selling spares if that helps.

Bad luck.

Tire warranties are strictly handled by tire dealers. Car manufacturers are not involved in any way.

If a tire fails structurally, most dealers handling that tire brand will replace it with no charge if it happens early in the tread life, and at a nominal charge later in the tread life. But road hazards such as you have are covered only if we purchased the road hazard warranty.

Folks purchasing a new vehicle virtually NEVER take the extra step of purchasing a road hazard warranty for the tires. That is because the salesperson/dealer never mentions this. They don't mention it because car dealers can't sell us a road hazard warranty for our tires. If we ask, they simply direct us to a dealer that handles that brand tire.

Ironically, when our OEM tires wear out, and we purchase replacement tires from a tire dealer, many of us WILL purchase a road hazard warranty that will cover such things as the problem you have.
