No, it's not legal, its a decorative item.

And if you're in a dual plate state, it's not going to be very decorative for you.

I might get the hideaway frame so that I can hide it when I don't feel like having a front plate

one thing i hate about that hideaway plate is you see the bracket sticking out when the plate is hidden, had it on my max for about 5 mins then took it off , didnt like it at all and got my 150 back.

I think it would suit the front end well having a long skinny plate like that. Post pics when you have it mounted.

Gotcha. Even with USA sticker, it'll still make it "look" like you spent some time across the pond and took your car. Most folks in the Americas wouldn't know the difference between a REAL EU plate and a fake one...

Yea, I would still def get one if I had a 7GEN and I like the fact that you dont have to worry about custom plate numbers being taken already.
