Seriously? If that is true, that is absolutly rediculous for a non-forged wheel. Don't take this the wrong way but I have to question you on this.

The OEM 18" wheels (i realize you had the 19's, so add some weight onto this number) WITH tires and air weigh 49.4 lbs each.
My 20x9 Vossen VVS-085's WITH Yoko S.drives and air weighed in at 48.6 lbs each -S.drives are light tires too.

To say that a 20x10.5" wheel, non-forged, with tire weighs 13.4 lbs lighter than a 18" OEM wheel and tire seems extreme.

That being said, are you positive on these weights? Are they just wheel weights and don't include tire?

Hey, if that's what they really weigh then wow, those are def. ultralight.

Are you guys really getting great quotes from mcdesignwhips? I was quoted like $1900 for 20" VSS083s, that is not really any different than several other online places.

Yeah, I ended up just getting the wheels through them, which was the best price around. Tires were WAY cheaper through discount tire direct though... which is where I got mine..

Since I can't start a new thread, I thought I'd ask a question on a thread I thought was relevant.

For those of you that have lowered your Maxima, did you have to get a camber kit? Are you experiencing even tire wear?

Thanks.

After all this attention, i noticed you guys bumped up the price to almost $2200 bucks. Or did D_Street_Altima get a cheaper price.

Really nice rims, would definitely buy, but too much for just rims without tires.

D_Street_Altima------Those rims look great...Good Choice!

Anytime you drop a car, the camber changes and you'll see some uneven wear but it also depends on how much you drop it.

Personally i've never used a camber kit and i've always dropped my cars. I've only slightly seen more wear on the inside of the tire but it was never extreme.

Thanks for the reply.

Is this car for sale by someone on this forum?

What do you think?

they are currently making 19inch wheels.. but as of right now i dont think they are out yet... i would recommend going stag to get the most potential out these particular wheels!!! dont think it would look so good if you did it any other way.... but thank you again bro

Discount tire quoted me $2700 OTD for Vossen CV1's wrapped in Bridgestone RE760 with lifetime balance, which beat MC Designs by $400. I'll be in new shoes Saturday.. woohooot

I gave them your offsets that you put previously in the forum, so I that's they said they will order them with that offset. Is that all you had to do?

Discount tire is where I bought my vossen 083s and it was the best price. I looked at mcdesigns as well but discount tires was local and worked with me on pricing and free lifetime tire rotation

D-street, I know in other threads you've posted pictures of your 19" OEM wheels with the spacers. This may expose my ignorance, but I'm assuming you took those spacers off before mounting your new Vossen's, right?
