Im glad to be included in that 35.4% increase! The deals were amazing this month, I got a 40k car for 320 a month, what other car manufacturers would let their cars slide for prices like that?

Who couldnt resist all the incentives on the 4th of july weekend had to offer? You would be a fool to buy anything else but a nissan at that time.i consider the deal i got to be killer.even though i was shopping for a new M56X but $71k was just too much right now.

The 2011s are now coming down the assembly line in Smyrna, and will be shipping to dealers within the week. Of course it may be weeks before any new Maximas of any vintage arrive at many smaller dealerships.

We won't see much exterior difference with the 2011, except with the Sport package. Maximas equipped with the Sport package option will now have a distinctly different appearance from the non-Sport equipped models.

M56 is a sweet ride, that thing is beauty and class inside and out, I wish I had 70K, I'd buy one and make mine black.

It's good to know that the Max is finally starting to get the recognition with the public it truly deserves, I love how my car just gives people whiplash whenever I'm riding past them or stopped at a light.

Just got two compliments at the car wash two days ago when wiping the water off! Add that to about the dozen or two I've gotten already!

I live in NJ too, central NJ to be exact and I don't concur with that assessment. I do not see one everywhere I go! This kind of statement is very location specific sometimes. I see more G35 and G37s around town and on the road then I do the 7G Maxima.

Staten Island is worse, lol. the one good thing is, most people around town here have base SV's and SV premiums, I rarely see sport model Maximas like mine, that gives me a little bit of comfort.

True. Very location based. I'm starting to see more and more as time goes on. I'd say I see about 3 a week tops. And I've been on the roads a lot lately running around getting stuff for my wedding. Poor Max. It's had more miles put on it this week than any month of it's life...

When I was deciding on what to buy I didn't see too many but I think the sales drive really did have an effect in my area. I see them all over the place now. No Ocean Gray ones though so I am happy.

Same here, i'm starting to see a lot more Maximas in the Chicagoland area. Glad to see it, i've always liked the Maxima and I really love my '09 SV Sport.

yeah true but how many of them are modded to the way you like it. Cars are dime a dozen. I see a lot of 5th gens too but none like mine here in MN.

I think if you MOD the car it's yours alone, no matter how many they sell. I want more sales so I can get a turbo kit or supercharger... SELL A MILLION A YEAR!

I'm in Gainesville, FL... Whenever I get a new car, I immediately notice every other one like it. When they get more common, then I'm looking to see how many are the same color as mine. When I got my G35 in 2004, there weren't many at all, and very few in the darkish red I had. Now I see G's everywhere, and I suspect a lot of them were "hand-me-downs" from parents to college students (UF is here).

As for 7th Gen Maxima's, I have seen VERY few here, and believe me, I'm looking. On the other hand there are Altimas EVERYWHERE. I really think it's a price issue for a town this size -- and I predict once the 7th Gens are 5 or 6 years old, I'll see a ton of them around campus too, just like the G35s. (and that will be a good signal for me to get something NEW)

As stated by a previous post, I like having a less-common car. None of my friends who have seen my new Maxima knew what it was, and most were surprised to learn it was a Maxima.
