Help: How to remove back cover from seats

Hi I am wanting to install my Onfair head rests and like to remove the back covers from the front seats. I can't seem to figure out what procedure is and don't want to risk breaking some of the tabs off. Anyone able to provide a diagram or has Field service manual I can take a look at to see how it is done?

BTW FYI I did have to get the headrests dyed so that they would match the interior the default color that comes from Onfair is about 2 shades to dark. I will post pics once I complete my install.

I always remove the back seat cover so you can do a cleaner install you can hide all the components and wires accordingly also for those with premium and cooled seats I would hate try and fish wires without clearly seeing everything. I took a couple pics that I will post later for people to get an idea on how it was done.
