Rim/Tire/Drop/Offset question

I'm hearing a few different things and I'm trying to come to a concensus. I'm looking at buying 20x9" rims with 245/35's with the Eibach Pro Kit. I want to fill the wheelwell real nice with no rubbing issues. What size offset and/or spacers will I need?

From what I have gathered here at this forum. 245's front and 275 rear has no issues.

Eibach kit lowers 1.4 in the front and 1.3 in the rear. Many here have the Eibach kit, so you can search for pictures.

Coil overs will allow you to adjust the ride height to your preference, but more expensive.
