Fog Light Protection Kit
Fog Light Protection Kit
I noticed one of the entries on the pinned Accessory Thread it made reference to a Nissan Maxima Fog Light Protection Kit (http://www.headlightarmor.com/09-10-...ction-kit.aspx) which looked interesting.
Does anyone have any first hand experience with this product?
Thanks!

I was actually look at that earlier since i'm purchasing things for my replacement Max. Installed pics of the lighter smoke would be great if anyone has actually done it.
I was also wondering about these: http://www.lundinternational.com/pro...ess-ventvisor/
I've been wondering about the functionality vs looking like !@#$ aspect of them...

On the Ventvisor - they work, you can run with the windows down about an inch in a monsoon and stay dry - also good for smokers as it helps draw the smoke out of the car... HOWEVER they do take away from the smoothness of the Maxima (all generations) in my opinion.
As for the covers - anything shatter resistant in front of your fogs = a good thing. That they come in 'smoke' hecks ya!

I keep trying to contact Weathertech to see if they plan on making the in-channel visors for the Maxima, but their customer service is awful and they never get back to you.

I will be the guinea pig for the seamless ones. I just ordered them. Will let you know how they look once they arrive. I am thinking of getting the fog light protection too because it's a lease and I don't want to have to replace them if they crack.
Here goes. Overall I think the profile is great. I wish they had put a chrome strip the same size as the factory but doesn't look bad. I am going to reach out to them to see if they have the small pieces to complete the back windows. I see it in the installation instruction pictures but I didn't see it as an option when purchasing. Anyway, you guys can decide for yourself. Ignore the tape, I didn't do a final install yet.

Don't worry you are not high. I just distorted the house for privacy.
I think they are worth it. Keeping them. Get them here. Best price I could find.
Oh and I think tints are a must. Those should be coming in the next 2 weeks and should make these look even better.

i cant even put tint on mine because with all the Mods i have, i always get stop for no reason and they let me go but when tint come to play, tickets all the time and mind you this only happen on Staten island. when am in queens or Brooklyn, its a breeze...
Like a frowny face... Haha. Probably one of those additions you have to really see in person and be able to walk around it to see what it really looks like. Thanks for taking a chance on them Hamzer. Glad you like them

I like the yellow or HiD Blue versions...
I just got the HID blue ones. Mainly to keep them from getting broken. I don't have any pics and won't till at least next week. My wife is out of town with the car. But they look great! Can't really tell when the lights are on, but they look nice and blue when they are off! I am happy with them
Please post some pictures if you can... thanks

I too bought myself the HID Blue one's and they do look very nice.
When off the fog lights look with a hint of blue, however when on it makes it blend all the lights blend a lot better (HID's & Halogens).
If it ever stops raining here in Upstate (4 days non stop thus far) I will grab some photos.
