Which coilovers to go with?
hey guys, I'm gonna grab some coilovers and just curious which brand you guys recommend? Anyone installed the D2's yet?
I know a few guys on here have the Eibach springs, is the max drop with them only 1.5"? I'm planning on running the factory 19's so I want at least 2" all around. I have adjustable coilovers on my truck (BellTech) and I love them. I've never put coilovers on a car but from what I've read/heard the best choices for the 7gen Maxima are either D2's or K-Sports. Anyone running them?

thanks but I was hoping someone who had coilovers on a 7gen could provide some feedback. Looks like I may have to be the guinea pig and try out the D2's. Planning on doing this at the end of March so I will do a write up/review shortly after. I just know I wont be satisfied with 1.25" - 1.5" drop from springs alone. I already went thru that with my truck. lol

your right, u won't be satisfied and thats why I'm not going to bother with eibach springs.
I'm almost positive all those aftermarket coilovers are all made in china and all probably all from the same source. Even the ones that are from japanese companies like junction produce, aimgain, etc are all made in china.
but ya, coilovers will give u a nice drop u desire. I'd be all over it but my car is on payments and I don't want to mess with the oem suspension until it's paid off.
