Lower Grille with Stillen Lip..Anyone??

hey guys, I want to get a lower grille but was wondering if it would interfere with the Stillen lip. My lip should be painted in the next 2 weeks so I have time to order the grille but just curious if anyone else has run into fitment issues. Thanks.

ps. This is the grille I'm considering

The chrome IMO looks cheezy. I would prefer a black powder coated mesh unit

The grille is slightly recessed so you wont have any contact with the front lip

Doesn't look like it would interfere with the lip at all.

I hope so but the top edge of the lip (in the middle) slides right up to the black plastic in the lower grille opening
