Newbie Just Saying Hello To The Community...Pics Of Whip
Hey everyone. I am new to the community and wanted to say hello. I have been reading on this site for about a year now and finally became a member about a month ago. I have been a member at previous forums in the past for other makes and models and you guys definitely seem to give some good information and feedback on the products out for our cars.
Here's a little background info on me and my whip.
I was a GM owner previous to my job at the dealership and it didn't take me long to fall in love with the Nissan product and their quality. Last February I leased my first Max ('10 Silver SV with Cold and Monitor Pkg.). This year Nissan decided to give dealer employees some additional incentives so I got in a new '11 Crimson Black Max SV with Sport and Tech Pkg in May.
I will for sure me holding onto this one so of course my sickness for mods has already started like the rest of you.
Here's a few images. They aren't the best quality but I'm saving the good ones for the Stillen front lip, side skirts and rear roof spoiler (next mods).
I'm looking forward to being part of the community. The topics have definitely helped me make some decisions on which products I am going to go with.

Front plates are mounted by the dealers from what I understand. Up here in Michigan we aren't required to have front plates so we don't mount them. Sometimes customers who buy cars from me actually WANT to put a plate on the front and it's tough to find them because often we just toss them in the trash. Also, when we dealer trade for somebody a customer and it's out of state, Ohio and Illinois are common ones for us, sometimes they get ticked off because of the plate frame. What I usually do, as long as the customer is OK with it, is put plastic pop rivet type things that are very small. It looks nice and clean without having to paint a brand new front bumper.
This is one of the VERY FEW advantages of living in Michigan (pretty sad not requiring a plate frame in the front of my car is considered an advantage to living in MI). Cold weather, terrible economy and job market, salty roads, GM shop worker mentality and super high car insurance premiums are just a few of the reasons I can't stand living here.
North Carolina here I come in about 8 months!
