The blacking of your rear chrome bar and the unique paint pattern of your rear bumper give this car a lean, mean look. Those unusual moves complete the scheme set by black wheels and tinted tails.

I would really enjoy driving your ride down the freeway, or just crusin' through downtown on a Saturday evening.

clean car but why would a stock 7th gen be MOTM when there are tons of heavily modded cars on this board?

Decent list but not MOTM worthy, yet. At least lower the car. Other than that just bake open your headlights and AE them.

Very wise move. This 7th gen Maxima already has the lowest ground clearance (4.5") of any Maxima ever built. I haven't lowered, yet still drag on half the speed bumps in town. Can't even go up many driveways. The stock front bumper won't even clear many of the parking bumpers around where I live.

If my 7th gen was one inch lower, it might be fine as a show car, but would be worthless as a transportation device.

Some folks are sort of stuck in the past, when there were endless opportunities for modding the Maxima. This 7th gen near-luxury Maxima is not as mod-prone as earlier Maximas. For instance, the electronics are ten times as complicated as they were on my two 1985 Maximas. Many folks doing mods on these 7th gens end up with electrical problems. And I could lower my early gen Maximas and still drive on public roads. Not so this 7th gen, which is already virtually dragging the ground.

The opinion of an old fart like me doesn't count, and I'm totally ignorant as to what should qualify as MOTM, but I really like what you have done with your ride.

I definitely understand what you are saying, some people on here don't get it and most of them are the pre 7th gen owners, i won't say any names (QT1 5MT AE and ChrisMan287). But thanks for the kind words, unless you go fully custom with the car, there are limited options as far as mods, and for the extra money it makes more sense to buy a different car.

Love your ride! and good luck selling. May the next owner treat it as good as you did.

Very wise words, the Maxima is no longer in the league it use to be, I remember seeing highly modified 4th gens and was truly impressed, with every follow up gen the mods have fallen off slightly, and with the arrival of the 350Z and G coupe and sedan, aftermarket companies directed attention to the new kids on the block, the 6th Gen and 7th Gen are what I would call lookers, sort of what BMW 7Series owners do, tint, rims, maybe lower, small things to make it look better.

I think if I was gonna mod my car I would choose a better car, BMW, Audi and several others still sell cars to customers who want to mod them or can mod them, even if what your doing will void the warranty

oh yeah!!!!!! the underside of my lip gets scraped all day but you really have to get on the floor and put your head under it to see(which is highly unlikely for someone to do because you could barley get your foot under my lip) because i put so much paint promoter, primer and clear coat on that it takes A LOT of abuse (something a paint shop will NEVER DO and i did a WAY better job color matching my lip then a body shop did) I paint it myself after every winter so spending $150 on primer, paint etc every 2 years is worth it for me (i only ordered the paint once and i could repaint my lip 3 more times if i want)....but you should consider getting eibachs or better yet H&R springs because it holds the car better then the stock springs do. food for thought.

i feel bad for the ppl that mod a car and need other people to fix there issues....that defeats the purpose of modding a car

this is a pic of my lip going into my driveway
(rims are not mine and no i didnt do all that fugly rash , i actually gotta fix them for my boy in a few days)
