I just installed it this week. I painted the factory grill black per the instructions. This is the Black Chrome Speed Grill. My only problem is that you can see where the Nissan Emblem was. It's the shape of the plastic.

this looks pretty much like the e&g black ice one i have, i like it i think that one, the speed insert stillen and the stock 11's look nice im not a fan of the debadged front grille look, actually wouldnt mind trading if someone wants the upper and lower black ice heavy mesh grille for the 2011 sport one

I wish I had photoshop. I would loveto see how a Chrysler 300/Bentley/maserati style would look on the 7gen. If you could customize it and cut out the middle of bumper where the license plate sits and then have a mesh either chrome or blacked out one piece made for the entireopening. I think it would look sick. If it were to sit recessed in the opening kind of like the Quattro porte. I just think a big *** grill is what this car needs. Just my opinion. I hate the skimpy grill.

Anyone have photoshop and willing to take a stab at it??

My main issue with the black ice one is that it looked chrome/silver from some angles and I really wanted a blacked-out looking grill no matter how you look at it. Does the Stillen speed insert look black from all angles or does the black chrome effect make it look different depending on the lighting? Maybe I'll grab the Stillen grill and paint it matte black or something cause I like that mesh

I'd be a +1 for a group buy probably, i think that grill looks pretty nice. Is it only in black? I have the slate color so a chrome finish would look better imo.

NO group buys allowed on the forum unless it's the actual company and they are a maxima.org authorized vendor and THEY post the group buy. Sorry.

Are the LEDS just mounted on top of the small cross bars on the bumper grille? Did you wire them to the separate switch?
Thanks!
