I am attempting to install a rocker switch to the left of the slot where the intelligent key goes if the battery dies. There is no way that I can see to remove the piece to drill the necessary hole without taking out the lower dashboard. Has anyone attempted removing that piece or the lower dashboard? I contacted the dealer and their schematic does not show bolt locations. Any help would be appreciated!!
